REGISTRATION

How do I register?

All registration is online at www.RunSignUp.com. You may register with credit card, cash or check at Friday packet pick up. You may also register on race day but we only accept cash or check. Sorry, there is no mail-in registration.

What do I receive with my marathon entry?

All Registrants receive a technical shirt from Leslie Jordan. The shirts are gender specific and made with the new Heather Ultra wicking fabric and decorative stitching. Marathoners receive a collectable souvenir, beautiful SRM finisher medal and an adult beverage.

Can I get a refund, deferral or transfer my race entry?

If you are unable to participate, you may transfer your race number to another person. You may switch to a longer race for the price difference, or you may switch to a shorter race but we can't refund the difference. Also we don't give refunds, deferrals or rain checks.

Can I register on race day?

Yes, you may register on race day, but we strongly recommend registering early for the best price and to be guaranteed a shirt.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, for groups of 15 or more. Please contact the race director or registration coordinator for instructions.

How do I sign up as a Corporate Shield participant

Sorry but Spinx Run Fest is not a Corporate Shield event.

TIMING, RESULTS AND AWARDS

When will results be posted?

The marathon results will be pushed to your smart phone by the timing company. You can also check the concourse kiosk to see where you placed, then head over to the INSTANT AWARDS BOOTH at the Elvis stage to collect your prize. Official results will be at www.racemine.com and posted ON THIS WEBSITE as soon as they become available.

Who do I contact with questions about the results?

Please check the official results once they are posted on this website. Often, the mistakes have been corrected by then. If a problem still exists, contact the race timing company (contact information will be shown on the results page).

When will the awards be given out?

Spinx Run Fest will have "instant awards".  If you're a winner, visit the instant awards booth at the Elvis Stage to collect your prize. We will present the Marathon Awards for overall, masters and grandmasters divisions on the field at around 10am.

Are awards based on GUN TIME or CHIP TIME?

All awards are determined by GUN TIME.

Do you offer prize money?

Sorry we do not offer any prize money for the marathon.

RACE COURSE

POST RACE ACTIVITIES

What's going on after the race?

There is a lot going on inside the stadium. Visit the refreshment area for fresh food courtesy of Spinx.  Get a complimentary massage. Check in at the awards booth to claim your prize. Join your friends in the VIP post race refreshment area for an adult beverage. Bring your phone for lots of selfies and groupies to send to your family and friends.

When and where is the Kids Run?

Spunky's Kids Run starts on Field Street at 8:05am, or immediately after the start of the Big Punkin 5K. All finishers (except parents) will get a souvenir dog tag.

EVENT GUIDELINES

What happens if you have to cancel the event?

If we have to cancel the event due to severe weather, emergencies, or other safety issues, we will not give refunds but will offer discounts for next year’s race. Shirts and souvenirs will be given out to registrants, or put at a location where registrants can pick them up at their convenience.

Can I participate with a baby jogger or stroller?

No. Due to the rural roads with limited shoulders on the Marathon route, running with a baby jogger or walking with a baby stroller is extremely hazardous and is not allowed.

Can I run with my dog?

Sorry, no dogs (except service animals) are allowed in the stadium or on the race courses during the event.

Where can I pick up my unclaimed shirt, souvenir or award?

PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE AWARDS BOOTH TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE EVENT! Otherwise, unclaimed shirts, souvenirs and awards will be taken to Run In at 1942 Augusta Street. They will be available for you to pick up starting on Wednesday morning after the race, and will be kept on the premises for around six weeks.  Sorry, we don't mail out leftover shirts, souvenirs or awards.
